With just a few days before an election that will strongly impact the course of Latin American politics, a continent marked in recent months by massive protests across the region, La Politica Online talks to Espinosa about her plans for the OAS, her views on the recent elections in Bolivia and the Venezuelan crisis, and why she believes it is time for the organization to be led by a woman.
